The Warrenton branch of the Scenic Regional Library will be hosting author Gregg Andrews to discuss “The Insane Sisters of Hannibal” who were institutionalized for taking on the law and fighting for their land.
The event will take place on Oct. 8 from 6-7 p.m. and is for audiences 18 and older.
