Gregory Allen Talbot

We are sad to announce the passing of Gregory Allen  Talbolt of Seattle, WA. He was born April 18, 1972, to the late Jean Habsieger, adopted father John Talbot of Columbia, and Debbie Garrison. Gregory dies at the age of 50 on or around December 12, 2022. He passed away surrounded by the wildlife and wilderness that he loved.

Gregor was an important part of the community which he volunteered with "We Heart Seattle" and other parks in the Seattle, WA area. He spent many hours in helping them maintain the main trails and being an active presence in the area.

Gregor was passionate about nature and wildlife. He worked endlessly to nurture, restore, preserve, and beautify the Greenbelt and other parks in Seattle. Gregor was a very independent person and had his own struggles in life, but was extraordinarily generous in giving his time and energy to their community. He had traveled to several states in his lifetime and met many close friends that became family to him.

Gregor was poetic in his writings: "The presence of others removes the perception of abandonment." He was a great friend to many and a wonderful son, grandson, brother, uncle, nephew, and cousin to many, he will be missed dearly. At the end of his life, he shared a couple months before his passing. "I Love my lifestyle and if this my end, I have had a great life."

The funeral will be a private ceremony with only close family and friends present. A celebration of Gregor's life will be held this summer for everyone in honor of Greg.  Donations can be made in honor of Gregor Talbolt to We Heart Seattle, an organization he was passionate about and dedicated so much of his time to.
