The Warrenton Police Department released the following weekly incident report for the dates of October 2 through October 8.

Monday, October 2

• Two vehicle accident. Vehicle One was making a right hand turn onto the Eastbound 70 on-ramp. Vehicle Two was making a left hand turn onto the ramp. Vehicle one then collided with Vehicle Two. No injuries. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

Tuesday, October 3

• Two vehicle accident. Vehicle One was making a right hand turn onto the on-ramp. Vehicle Two was making a left hand turn onto the ramp. Vehicle One then collided with Vehicle Two. No injuries reported. Vehicle One was towed from the scene.
• Customers witnessed a black and white dog left in vehicle. Windows were rolled up. Temperature was 84 degrees. Citation issued for animal cruelty. 

Friday, October 6

• Two vehicle accident. Vehicle One collided with rear end of Vehicle Two. Vehicle Two pulled over. Vehicle One left the scene. No injuries. Vehicle was driven from the scene.
• Two vehicle accident. Vehicle Two was traveling Eastbound on Veterans Memorial Parkway. Vehicle One was traveling Westbound. Vehicle One began making left turn. Vehicle Two collided with Vehicle One head on. Serious injuries reported. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
