Peggy L. Clemens

Peggy L. Clemens passed away on March 5, at Barnes Jewish Hospital surronded by her family at the age of 55. Peggy was born February 3, 1969 in St. Charles, to Robert and Lela Combrevis nee Tippit.
 
Peggy graduated from Fort Zumwalt North High School in O'Fallon. After graduation Peggy went on to work in the health care field. She met the love of her life Ted, and one of their first dates was cruising in the car and stopping to dance. Ted and Peggy were married on September 15, 1990 and they celebrated 33 years together. Peggy loved lake days on the boat at Pinnacle Lake with Missy and family, spending time with her husband joking, laughing, finding enjoyments in all things. Peggy was an avid quiltmaker for numerous family members. She belonged to a bowling league, she was competitive but enjoyed the comradarie with friends. Peggy was always to put others needs before her own. She loved time with her family especially her grandchildren.
 
Peggy is survived by her beloved husband Ted Clemens of Warrenton; three daughters, Kayla (Trinity) Durbin, Kristen (Richey) Brownlee, Victoria (Daniel Bledsoe) Moore; 4 siblings, Ann (Rick) Combrevis-Amos, Donna (Pete) Contreras, Robert (Lisa) Combrevis, and Sandy (Kie) Gilliam; grandchildren, Brock, Greyson, Amelia, Lucas, Ava, Roman, Gavin, Milo; grand dogs, Piper, Teddy, Minnie, Finley. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Combrevis, brother, David Combrevis. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
 
A vistation will be held Friday, March 8, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Pitman Funeral Home in Warrenton. The funeral will follow at 7 p.m. at Pitman Funeral Home in Warrenton. Memorials can be made in lieu of flowers  to Alzheimer's Association in care of Pitman Funeral Home.
