A St. Louis man suffered moderate injuries from a one-car vehicle accident Monday on Stracks Church Road.
The accident occurred shortly before 10 a.m.
According to the crash report filed by Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper N.W. Downs, 36-year-old Ronald L. McKee was traveling south on Stracks Church Road when he failed to yield to a Warren County Sheriff's Department patrol car.
McKee, who the report says was traveling too fast for conditions then lost control of his 2020 Kawasaki Ninja near Trimborn Lane. The vehicle overturns and McKee was ejected from the vehicle despite wearing his seat belt.
The accident report states that McKee suffered moderate injury and was taken by Warren County ambulance to Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
The vehicle suffered etensive damage and was taken from the scene by Approved Towing.
