Jerry Dean "J.D" Blair passed away on September 14, at the age of 30. Jerry was born January 31, 1994 in Modesto, CA to Dorothy Perine nee Burton.
Jerry was a kind and funny guy who was willing to help others. He enjoyed drawing, writing, cooking, singing and goofing around and spending time with family and friends. He loved his daughter. He loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his mother and step-father Dorothy and Mike Perine of Warrenton; daughter, Luna Marie Blair; six siblings, David Perine of Marthasville, Brian Perine of FL, Michael Perine of Wright City, Jarod Blair, John Blair, Jessica Blair all of CA; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Howard Blair and grandparents Jerry and Barbara Burton. Jerry's memory will live on thru his family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 22 , from 12 P.M. to 2 P.M. at Pitman Funeral Home in Warrenton. The funeral will follow at 2 P.M. Memorials can be made to a charity of the donor's choice in care of Pitman Funeral Home.
