Mrs. Catherine Lee Lill (nee: Strebeck) of Warrenton, passed away on Monday, May 8, at her home with family at her side. She was born in St. Louis, on March 31, 1940, to the late Hugo and Doris ( nee: Strebeck) Hannon. Catherine had reached the age of 83.
Catherine was united in marriage to John J Lill Sr. and this union was blessed with two children, John and Jeff. She was a long-time member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Warrenton and was employed as a secretary for many years. Catherine enjoyed traveling when she was younger. She had many friendships and enjoyed filling her days with her friends. Catherine was a loving wife, mother, and friend to many.
Catherine Lill was preceded in death by her husband John Lill Sr.; her son, John Lill; her parents, Hugo and Doris Hannon. Surviving family members include her son Jeff; other close relatives and family friends.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 24, beginning at 10 A.M. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Warrenton. A burial will follow at the church cemetery.
